HE and Sons Corporation (HESC) traces its roots back more than five decades, when Henry Yu ventured into the fuel station business. Registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on August 4, 1997, HESC has grown into a diversified corporate enterprise that carries on the family's entrepreneurial legacy.
Since launching its diversification strategy in 2000, HESC has expanded into growth sectors in step with the Philippine economy. Through strategic investments and sustainable growth, it continues to strengthen its portfolio, build resilience, and create long-term value across its businesses.
